Faculty of Health Sciences, the Faculty of Health Sciences renders a quality healthcare service to the diverse health care needs in South Africa, taking into consideration the four pillars of:

The University of the Free State (UFS) School for Allied Health Professions excels in the presentation of programmes in:
- Exercise and Sport Sciences
- Nutrition and Dietetics,
